About the role

Join a major digital transformation project and help shape the future of customer-facing digital services. We’re seeking a Tester to support a proof-of-concept customer portal built with .NET, React and Form.io.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build test plans, scenarios, cases and traceability
• Execute test cycles across web, API and integrated systems
• Validate portal functionality, data flows and system interfaces
• Track defects and support triage through to resolution
• Support UAT, release checks, knowledge transfer and QA improvement

Highly desirable criteria

• API and integration testing experience
• Form.io testing experience
• Exposure to .NET and React applications
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft technology environments
• Strong experience across SIT, UAT and regression testing

Desirable criteria

• Experience with customer-facing portals or digital platforms
• Experience with security, authentication and authorisation testing
• Exposure to Agile delivery and DevOps tools
• Government or large enterprise testing experience
• Relevant testing certification such as ISTQB

Skills and experience

• Strong manual testing and test planning skills
• Proven API, integration and system testing experience
• Ability to create clear test cases, evidence and reports
• Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work across technical and business teams
