About the role
You’ll provide person‑centred care that supports residents with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meals and meaningful social engagement. Your care helps residents maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life in a close‑knit, homely environment.
Working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you’ll bring empathy, patience and professionalism to every shift.

About you
You bring a genuine commitment to supporting older people with dignity and respect. You enjoy working in a team and building meaningful relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
You will have:

Certificate III in Aged Care (or similar), or currently studying; or undergraduate RN studies
-
Understanding of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
-
A person‑centred approach to care
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills
-
Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, including CALD communities
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
-
Confidence managing a busy workload and adapting to changing priorities
-
Commitment to customer‑focused care
-
Basic to intermediate IT skills
