The Role

Manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, developing strategy, preparing evidence and drafting persuasive pleadings, submissions and correspondence.
- Gain significant advocacy exposure through court, tribunal and commission appearances, mediations, settlement conferences and contested hearings.
- Take responsibility for matters through to trial while working directly with sophisticated clients and mentoring and supervising junior practitioners.
About You
-
You will ideally have 4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation, employment disputes, construction litigation or a related contentious practice area.
- You bring excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills, together with commercial judgment and the confidence to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy.
- You are a strategic and client-focused litigator who enjoys advocacy, can manage urgent matters under pressure and is comfortable supporting the development of junior lawyers.
