Cost Planner/Estimator
- Work autonomously and in a team to complete commercial/industrial tenders up to $150 million.
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and architects during the tender process.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.

- Develop relationships with suppliers and Tier 1 & 2 sub-contractors.
Your Background
- Ideally have worked for a commercial/industrial/apartment builder in a Cost Planning or Estimating role
- Strong communication skills and have the ability to build relationships internally and externally with sub-contractors
