New Home Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a growing residential builder delivering quality new homes across Sydney and surrounding growth corridors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a builder with a strong reputation for quality, transparency and customer experience, offering clients a flexible approach to building — from signature project homes and custom designs through to knockdown rebuilds, duplexes and house-and-granny-flat packages.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their new home journey, from the initial enquiry and display home appointment through to contract signing.

You will:

• Manage and convert new home sales enquiries and leads through to contract.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their land, lifestyle and building requirements.
• Conduct display home presentations and private client appointments.
• Provide expert advice around home designs, inclusions, site considerations and customisation options.
• Work closely with internal design, estimating and construction teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards individual and business sales targets.
• Deliver a consultative, transparent sales experience focused on finding the right solution for the client rather than a high-pressure sales approach.

About:

We are looking for a proven sales professional with experience in the residential new homes or property industry who can confidently manage the full sales process.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Consultant, Sales Associate or Property Sales professional.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney residential new build market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to understand floor plans, house designs and client requirements.
• A professional and customer-focused approach to sales.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients throughout the sales process.
• A genuine passion for helping clients build their dream home.
