We are partnering with a leading global consultancy delivering complex, high-value projects across a range of sectors, with a rapidly expanding presence in data centre (DC) developments. This growth has created an opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to join the team. They are also open to considering less experienced candidates who bring relevant project exposure and the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims with transparency
- Resolve commercial issues, change orders, and contract matters efficiently and fairly
- Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, ensuring best value for clients
- Develop cost plans and estimates for key client developments, particularly within DC projects
- Drive clear project outcomes through accurate cost reporting and timely communication
- Actively participate in the tender and bid process, from documentation through to analysis and reporting
- Oversee project expenditure through valuations and cost reporting, clearly communicating any variations
- Contribute to nimble project delivery, supporting informed decision-making
About You
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management, ideally within data centres, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure projects
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related field
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing your own priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a client-facing approach
- Willingness to travel for site visits to engage with clients, contractors, and project teams
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for building strong, trusted relationships
