Mt Marion - HD Fitter Leading Hand
We’re proud to be recruiting for our Mt Marion Lithium Mine, located approximately 70km from Kalgoorlie . This is a rare opportunity to work for an owner operator mine, where safety and teamwork matters. Your work will play a key role in the future of lithium production.
This role is permanent, full time, FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster, with DIDO from the surrounding region on a case-by-case basis.

What You’ll Bring
- We want team players who make safety a priority
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- S26 Certification or evidence of accreditation in progress
- Experience leading groups working in mobile maintenance
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Mining or extensive MEM experience with large-scale surface mining machinery from major OEMs
- Strong diagnostic, fault finding and preventative maintenance expertise
- NHHC within 12 months or willingness to attain
- Rights to work in Australia
