We are looking for a Centre Manager for our Victorian locations, responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the centrse and ensuring a welcoming, high-quality learning environment for all.
About the Role
This is a key position within the centre, with a strong focus on:
- Managing parent communication and building positive relationships with families
- Creating warm, engaging centre environments and vibe for students and staff
- Overseeing the daily operations to ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting tutors and working collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Maintaining high presentation standards across the centre
This role is FULL TIME and requires flexibility to travel to other centres if required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Ideally, you will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with parents and students
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, energetic approach to creating a great centre culture
- Willingness to support across multiple locations when needed
