We are looking for a Centre Manager for VIC Centres to join our leadership team. You will oversee the day-to-day running of both centres, support our tutoring teams, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality learning environment where students can build confidence and thrive.
About the Role
This is a key position within the centre, with a strong focus on:
- Managing parent communication and building positive, ongoing relationships with families
- Conducting educational assessments for prospective families, discussing results and recommending learning programmes tailored to each student’s needs
- Creating warm, welcoming and engaging centre environments for students and staff
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure tutoring sessions run smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting tutors and working collaboratively with the wider team
- Maintaining high standards of presentation across both centres
- This role is FULL TIME and requires flexibility to travel to other centres if required.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Ideally, you will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with parents and students
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, energetic approach to creating a great centre culture
- Willingness to support across multiple locations when needed
