About the Role
You’ll be at the core of the advice team— contributing to real outcomes and sharpening your skills every day.
- Assist with research and analysis across all areas of tax structures, asset ownership with exposure to portfolio construction and management
- Model scenarios and stress test strategies, prepare SoAs, RoAs, and client materials
- Sit in on strategy sessions and learn how the advice really comes together
- Engage with a close-knit, high-performing team who will support you all the way
What they're Looking For
They are looking a person who " fit's the family photo ", is aligned culturally. You have an interest in personal financial advice , working in advice strategy and construction with a common thread of being driven to always develop.
You’ll bring:
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly
- Current exposure to financial advice and plan construction
- Confidence with financial advice technology (XPLAN experience a bonus, but not essential)
- A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
