The Role: We are partnering an established Private Bank to hire for a Manager/AVP, Private Banking Business Support (Deposits) to join the team.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for Bankers’ deposit enquiries, maintain daily deposit pricing and reference files, and support monthly deposit campaigns from set-up to closure. You will also work with Product Management, Middle Office, Operations and Finance, and support automation and process improvement projects to support Bankers drive more self-service solutions. This is a crucial role which will be highly execution-focused, where accuracy and timeliness matter.
The ideal candidate comes with at least 5-8 years relevant experience in a business management/support role preferably within private/wealth banking background. You should come with strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines and good working knowledge of Excel and Macros. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role as you will need to work with the front office team very closely.
