A well-established construction company managing multiple residential and commercial projects across the ACT region and surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Project Manager. With a growing pipeline of work and significant commercial development underway, this permanent position offers the opportunity to oversee multiple projects and lead the team through an exciting growth phase. The role offers a salary of $120,000 to $160,000 plus superannuation, along with a vehicle, uniform, phone and laptop.

• Manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously across the ACT region
• AUD$120,000 to AUD$160,000 plus superannuation, vehicle, and equipment provided

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum five years of project management experience in construction, with a preference for commercial project background
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time and within budget
• Strong site management and team leadership skills, with experience coordinating trades and contractors
• Solid understanding of construction documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across clients, teams, and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the ACT region regularly
• Familiarity with construction management software and digital project tools
