ICT Project Support Officer | State Government

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced ICT Project Support Officer to join a South Australian State Government department on an initial 6-month contract.
The role will support the implementation and onboarding of government agencies onto a Cyber Security Awareness and Training platform, working across multiple stakeholders to coordinate activities and support successful adoption.Your new role
Working closely with participating agencies, service providers and internal stakeholders, you will:

• Coordinate and support the onboarding of agencies onto a cyber security awareness platform
• Assist with the establishment and deployment of standard cyber security learning pathways
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities
• Build effective relationships across agencies, providers and internal teams
• Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies
• Develop implementation resources, guidance materials and communications
• Coordinate activities to ensure milestones and project timelines are achieved
• Gather stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement
• Contribute to project reporting, documentation and governance activities
• Support consistent implementation practices across government agencies

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will ideally bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar Project Support or Project Coordination role
• Experience supporting the implementation of IT or digital solutions
• Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence facilitating workshops and meetings
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational, documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
