As a Clinic Manager, you'll lead, coach and inspire a team of therapists and clinicians to deliver exceptional client experiences and outstanding business results.
You'll be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing culture, driving clinic performance and ensuring every client receives the premium experience they're looking for.
Working closely with your Franchise Partner, you'll play a key role in growing the business while developing a team that's engaged, motivated and committed to success.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic

- Partner with your Franchise Owner to identify growth opportunities and achieve business goals
What makes you a great leader
- Proven leadership experience in retail, health, beauty, hospitality or a service-based environment
- Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving KPIs and business targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication and coaching skills
- A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- The ability to balance commercial success with people leadership
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or similar qualification (preferred)
