Client Services Manager
- Manage end-to-end advice implementation for high-value clients.
- Act as primary service contact and partner with senior advisers.
- Mentor support staff and enhance service delivery capabilities.
About the role
This is a Client Services Manager role supporting a high end advice team and acting as a key relationship anchor for long standing clients. You’ll own advice implementation, partner closely with advisers, and progressively step into broader practice leadership over time.
- Own end to end advice implementation across SOAs, ROAs and ongoing advice
- Act as primary service contact for high value, long standing clients
- Partner closely with two senior advisers and an associate adviser
- Manage Xplan workflows, reviews, compliance and client records
- Mentor support staff and build capability across service delivery
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a CSM or CSO role in financial planning
- Proven exposure to high‑net‑worth and/or retiree client bases
- Strong working knowledge of Xplan
- Highly polished communication and relationship management skills
- Professional approach suited to a high‑touch advice environment
