The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for full project delivery - from design coordination through to commissioning - managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across every stage. You'll be supported by an established senior leadership team, robust systems, and a dedicated engineering division focused on delivering technical excellence.

About You:

• Proven experience delivering major HVAC or mechanical building services projects ($5M+) in Australia , NZ or the UK but ideally in Melbourne
• You have deep understanding and experience working for Mechancial HVAC contractors
• Strong commercial acumen - budgets, forecasting, and client relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills
• Ability to work alongside a diverse group in a friendly, fun and respectful way
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactivity

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred but not essential
• Previous site based experience which lead to career progression in Project Management
• Committed to safety, quality, and building long-term relationships
