Join Gyprock Trad Centres as a Trade Store Support (Multi-Site) and become part of a business that values learning, teamwork and career development. Working across multiple Sydney Metro locations, you'll build relationships with customers, collaborate with different teams, and gain exposure to a wide range of business operations including customer service, sales support, inventory management and store operations.
This is more than a traditional warehouse role. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues, learn new skills, and gain exposure to different Trade Centres across the network. With a company vehicle provided for travel between locations, this role offers variety, flexibility and the chance to build a long-term career with CSR.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Trade Centre team, you'll help create a great experience for customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of stores across Sydney by:
- Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email
- Processing orders, invoices and payments
- Supporting inventory and warehouse operations
- Loading and unloading products using a forklift and manual handling equipment
- Maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming store environment
- Assisting with stock counts and operational reporting
- Working collaboratively with different teams across multiple locations
What You'll Bring
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, retail, trade sales, warehouse operations and building products.
To be successful, you'll have:
- A current forklift licence
- A current driver's licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- A commitment to safety
- Flexibility to travel between Sydney locations
- A positive attitude and desire to contribute to team success
