Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings
- Assist with community access, transport, and social participation
- Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance
- Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Disability Support or Aged Care
- Certificate III or equivalent in Disability/Individual Support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver's Licence + Own Car + Comprehensive Insurance
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Based in Australia (No sponsorships)
