Perhaps you've spent years delivering Employee Central projects, leading workshops, configuring solutions and advising customers, and you're now looking for an opportunity to broaden your expertise while still leveraging your deep SuccessFactors knowledge.
We're partnering with an innovative HR technology organisation seeking an SAP SuccessFactors EC Solution Lead to become a key implementation expert within their growing team.
This is not your typical SuccessFactors consulting role.
While your SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise will remain at the core of what you do, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a specialist implementation role working with a market-leading HR document generation and document management solution that integrates with SuccessFactors and recruitment platforms.
With comprehensive onboarding and product training provided, you'll become the trusted advisor helping organisations deliver seamless end-to-end HR, recruitment and employee document processes.

We're keen to speak with professionals who possess:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
- Strong implementation and consulting experience across SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and delivering customer solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A passion for learning new technologies and becoming a subject matter expert
- The ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions
Highly regarded:
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) experience
- SmartRecruiters experience
- Broader HR technology or recruitment technology exposure
