This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Auditor/Assistant Manager to join a growing local firm, work alongside highly experienced professionals and build a long-term career within a supportive and progressive environment. The role offers exposure to varied and technically interesting engagements, including IPO audits, corporate governance, risk management, internal controls and Mandatory Climate Reporting. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage your own client portfolio.
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Mentor, train, and support junior team members.
- Review audit work and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the audit process.
To be considered for this exceptional leadership position you will:
- Have a minimum of 3 – 4 years' audit experience within a reputable public practice firm.
- Hold a CA/CPA qualification (or be close to completion).
- Be experienced using CaseWare (highly regarded but not essential).
- Mentore and train junior team members.
- Poses excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship management skills.
