About the Role
As an Aged Care RN or EN, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support residents across a variety of residential aged care facilities throughout Townsville.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering person-centred nursing care
• Medication administration and clinical assessments within scope of practice
• Monitoring resident health and wellbeing
• Supporting care plans and clinical documentation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and staff
• Working flexible shifts that suit your availability
Requirements
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
• Minimum 12 months recent aged care nursing experience
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of required vaccinations and serology
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work across a variety of shift types
• Full Australian working rights
