The role will work across business and technology functions to define requirements, map processes and system interfaces, and deliver customer-focused digital solutions using Agile practices.

About the Role
- Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements.
- Map current and future-state processes and system interfaces.
- Define scope, dependencies, impacts, risks and delivery priorities.
- Translate requirements into user stories with development-ready acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, story elaboration and requirements reviews.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives and showcases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
- Support change management and the successful implementation of new processes and technology.
About You
- Five or more years' experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.
- Must have experience in Financial Services, preferably lending
- Demonstrated Agile business analysis experience.
- Experience supporting a core platform replacement or system migration, preferably in financial services.
- Experience facilitating discovery and process-mapping workshops.
- Strong user-story development and acceptance-criteria writing skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage scope, prioritise work and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
