The Position
An opportunity for an experienced Property Management professional ready to step into a leadership role with genuine influence.
The position involves leading the PM team, overseeing department operations and identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll. There is scope to shape the way the department operates, develop the team and drive standards across the business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys leading people, improving performance and building a department with long term potential.

The Criteria

• Strong residential property management experience
• Previous leadership or senior PM experience
• Sound knowledge of portfolio management and department operations
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop a team
• Commercial mindset with a focus on rent roll growth
• Current SA registration and driver's licence
