Austcorp Executive is partnering with a company that specialises in the service, structural repair and distribution of heavy mobile equipment for the haulage and mining industries in Western Australia to help them recruit a Workshop Supervisor - Fabrication for their Perth workshop.
As the Workshop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supervise and direct a team in regards to the structural repair of heavy mobile equipment
- Manage workflow including inspection of completed works, quality and control of repair specification, reviewing job cards, and conducting toolbox meetings.
- Lead by example in ensuring HSE, Quality, and Environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.
A little bit about you:
- Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator or Vehicle Body Builder
- Experience at a Supervisory / Leading Hand or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle, trailer, service and repair operations
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
