AWX Executive is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a high-performing precision engineering and manufacturing team based in Dalby. This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified professional looking to secure a long-term role with strong earning potential and career growth.

The Role
This position plays a key role in delivering high-precision machined components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Duties:

• Program and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• Machine components to tight tolerances and quality requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
• Collaborate with the team to improve manufacturing processes
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of precision and consistency

About You:

• Trade qualified
• Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment
• Proven experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills
• Strong commitment to HSEQ and team performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to commit to a full-time position
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong team player
• Forklift licence

Highly Regarded:

• Experience in a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• CAD/CAM experience (e.g. Fusion)
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Fagor controllers
