General Labourer

AWX Brisbane is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team for ongoing work across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general labouring duties across construction and landscaping sites
• Assist trades, operators and site supervisors as required
• Assist with site clean up, moving materials, tools and equipment
• Dig trenches, shovel materials and assist with site preparation
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Follow site instructions, procedures and WHS requirements
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
• Previous construction experience is highly desirable
• Construction Induction White Card
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Full PPE - steel cap boots, hi-vis shirt, hard hat, gloves and safety glasses
• Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
