About the Role

Working within established maintenance crews, your responsibilities may include:

• Mowing and turf maintenance
• Brush cutting and edging
• Garden and horticultural maintenance
• Weed control and vegetation management
• Streetscape and open space maintenance
• Operation of commercial landscaping equipment
• General property and grounds maintenance
• Completing digital job sheets and safety documentation
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

As the business continues to grow, opportunities exist for high-performing individuals to progress into Team Leader positions responsible for crew supervision, scheduling, compliance and client liaison.

About You
To be successful, you will ideally possess:

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, parks and gardens, property maintenance, civil maintenance or open space maintenance
• Experience operating commercial mowing and maintenance equipment
• A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Good communication skills
• Confidence using smartphones, apps and digital reporting systems
• A commitment to workplace safety
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment
• A desire to learn, develop and progress your career

Highly Regarded

• Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or similar qualification
• ACDC Licence
• MR Licence
• Machinery and plant operation tickets
• Previous experience leading small crews or mentoring team members
