About You
You’ll be an experienced QA Lead with a background in food manufacturing, ideally within meat processing or a similar production environment. You’ll be comfortable leading a team, managing competing priorities and ensuring quality standards are maintained in a fast-paced operational setting.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience managing, coaching and developing a QA team within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety programs and quality systems.
- Experience with audits, regulatory compliance, corrective actions and root cause analysis.

- The confidence to work closely with production teams and hold people accountable to quality standards.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their quality career, or an existing QA leader looking for a role where they can make a real impact across a busy manufacturing operation.
If you enjoy working in a hands-on production environment, leading a team and driving food safety and quality standards, I’d love to hear from you.
