We are seeking a Director of Medicine to provide strategic and clinical leadership across one of Tasmania's largest and most respected regional health services.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of medical services while maintaining clinical involvement in your specialty, working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team within a 450-bed teaching hospital.
- Salary package from $222,789 – $319,701+ plus super
- Private practice opportunities or allowance in lieu
- Fully maintained vehicle or vehicle allowance
- CPD allowance of $17,483 per annum
- Management allowance
- Relocation assistance available
- 3-year fixed-term appointment
- AHPRA Specialist registration required
The successful candidate will provide leadership across clinical governance, workforce planning, service development, quality improvement, teaching and research, while helping drive the ongoing growth of medical services across the health service.
