Salt is partnering with a globally established, renowned Fortune 500 Tech SaaS company whose products are at the forefront of innovation. They are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across a portfolio of key alliance and technology partners.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world’s most recognised technology brands and play a pivotal role in driving joint go-to-market success across the ANZ region and broader global partner ecosystem.

This is an individual contributor Partner Marketing role first and foremost; profiles who have owned marketing relationships with strategic alliance partners, developed and executed joint marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline impact, executive engagement and go-to-market success are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with partner sales, marketing, operations and regional leadership teams, you will be responsible for bringing multiple stakeholders together, influencing without authority and delivering integrated campaigns across a sophisticated partner ecosystem. To achieve this, you will:

  • Build and own joint marketing plans with partners to drive pipeline creation and progression across channels (events, content, thought leadership, social, etc.)
  • Manage partner marketing budgets, including investment planning, allocation, and performance evaluation
  • Identify and drive strategic engagement opportunities with senior leadership (internal and customer-facing)
  • Partner with regional and in-country teams to deliver campaigns and coordinate partner participation in company flagship and third-party events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR/AR, Partner Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations to execute and optimise joint marketing initiatives
  • Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights through dashboards and regular updates
  • Support key announcements and amplify partner collaboration opportunities
  • Develop customer success stories and joint value propositions to showcase partnership impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 13+ years’ experience in enterprise marketing within the tech industry, including 7+ years in partner marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, including tracking utilisation, outcomes, and compliance
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and through ambiguity or change
  • Ability to design and implement scalable programs quickly and effectively
  • Experience partnering with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams in customer-facing environments
  • Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; postgraduate qualification is a plus
