We are looking for a customer-centric superstar to join our team!

Our customer service team is a busy hive of activity and a main point of contact for our customers, so the right candidate for this role will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing support and solutions.

With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.

Responsibilities

Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role! Duties include;

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
• Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
• Participate in regular product and sales training

About you

We're looking for a natural, confident communicator, and a person that will bring;

• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
• Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency!
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skils
• Excellent data entry skills
