Travel Manager | Group Travel | 3 Month Contract | Sydney

• $85K–$95K + Super, pro rata
• 3-month contract | Starting late August/September
• Hybrid | Minimum 3 days per week in the office

Are you an experienced Travel Manager or Senior Travel Consultant looking for an exciting short-term contract?

We’re looking for a confident travel professional to join a busy team and manage the group travel arrangements for a major incentive event taking place in late October 2026.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be coordinating a high volume of travel arrangements, managing changes and amendments, liaising with airlines and ensuring every traveler receives exceptional service from booking through to departure.

THE ROLE
✈️ Coordinate flights and travel arrangements for a large incentive group
✈️ Manage bookings, amendments, changes and traveler enquiries
✈️ Liaise directly with airline group departments
✈️ Handle a high volume of calls and emails in the lead-up to the event
✈️ Provide accurate, responsive and professional customer service
✈️ Work closely with the wider team to ensure travel arrangements run smoothly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ Strong travel consulting or travel management experience
✔️ Previous experience managing large group travel highly regarded
✔️ Experience working with Virgin Australia, Qantas and Jetstar Groups Department preferred
✔️ GDS experience advantageous
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✔️ Ability to prioritise and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Available to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week
