We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join a growing operations team manufacturing high spec Ute canopys.

What's on Offer?
- $33 - $38 per hour + Superannuation (depending on experience)
- Permenant long term employment
- $400 monthly performance bonus when company targets are achieved
- Full-time Monday to Friday role

Monday to Friday
- Start: 6:00am
- Finish: 2:45pm
- Morning Tea: 9:00am - 9:15am
- Lunch: 12:15pm - 12:45pm
Key Responsibilities
- Support fabrication and manufacturing operations
- Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a consistent quality standard
- Assist with improving operational efficiency and business outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
- Complete tasks accurately and meet required deadlines
- Work effectively both independently and within a team
- Undertake additional duties as required by management
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and highly reliable
- Passionate about producing quality work
- Able to manage multiple priorities and workloads
- Attentive to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar field is highly regarded but not required. working with hand tools, and trade assists in metal fields also highly regarded.
The following will be highly regarded:
- Ability to interpret work orders and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, fabrication, or production experience
