We’re looking for a driven, people-first Floating Store Manager to support across our Melbourne stores! What you’ll be doing
- Hit the ground running with your optical industry knowledge to drive operational and clinical success, elevate customer experience, and consistently hit sales targets
- Cover Store Manager leave and fill critical operational gaps across the region as our business rapidly expands
- Lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding customer and patient experiences
- Create a high-energy, positive culture across every store you support
- Partner seamlessly with Optometrists to grow both retail and clinical results
- Run smooth, efficient operations without ever compromising on service
Note: This is a versatile floating role created to support fast-paced regional growth and cover store leadership leave. You will eventually transition into your own permanent new or existing store.
What we’re looking for
- Essential: Proven Senior Store Management experience within the Optical industry. You have the expertise to step in, drive sales, elevate service, and deliver clinical excellence immediately
- Reliable transport, as this is a floating role covering various Melbourne locations to meet business needs and fill leadership gaps
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer and patient experiences
- High energy and adaptability to step into different store environments and make an instant impact
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams
- Commercial mindset with a clear drive to achieve financial and clinical results
