Earlyhood Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with an exciting new Early Childhood provider to build the founding team for their stunning, purpose-built centre ready for you to build on your career.

To be considered for an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) or Diploma position, you will ideally have:
- Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education/Teaching, or another ACECQA-approved ECT qualification or Diploma in childrens services
- NESA accreditation or eligibility to obtain accreditation, where required
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
- Knowledge of child protection and child-safe practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement engaging, child-led educational programs
- A collaborative approach to working with educators, children and families
- Current Australian working rights
