Apprentice Mechanical Fitter - West Footscray
Ready to kickstart your career in mechanical fitting? Programmed Apprenticeships and Traineeships, in partnership with Goodman Fielder, are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join the team as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter in West Footscray.
This is an entry-level opportunity, so no previous industry experience is required. If you're hands-on, eager to learn and interested in developing a career as a qualified tradesperson, we'd love to hear from you!

As an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter, you will:
- Work alongside experienced tradespeople while developing practical mechanical fitting skills
- Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training and TAFE
- Learn how to maintain, repair and install mechanical equipment
- Assist with keeping Goodman Fielder's facilities operating safely and efficiently
- Develop your technical skills and knowledge throughout your apprenticeship
About You
- Keen to start a career in mechanical fitting
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- A Certificate II Pre-Apprenticeship would be highly regarded
- Reliable, hardworking and committed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
