We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our client at Kilsyth.

Our client has over 60 years' experience in garage door innovation, and offer a comprehensive range of automatic garage doors, roller doors, garage door openers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of garage door components
  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Operating production machinery and equipment
  • Removing finished products from the production line
  • Wrapping, strapping, and packing products for dispatch
  • Assisting with general warehouse and production duties
  • Cleaning work areas and maintaining a safe workplace
  • Performing manual handling and physically demanding tasks
  • Supporting the team with various production processes as required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous factory, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience highly regarded
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment
  • Reliable with a positive work ethic and strong safety awareness

Equipment Used

Experience with the following is desirable, though training will be provided:

  • Pallet Jack
  • Overhead Crane (no license required, training and VOC provided)
  • Air-Powered Rivet Gun
  • Small Mechanical Hoists
  • Strapping Machine
  • Stretch Wrapper
