About the Opportunities
These locum roles offer exposure to a variety of mental health settings including:
• Community mental health teams (Adult, CAMHS, or specialist services)
• Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient services
• Crisis, assessment, and case management roles
• Recovery-focused, client-centred care planning and intervention
You’ll work within multidisciplinary teams to complete assessments, manage risk, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support individuals throughout their recovery journey.
What You’ll Bring
• Degree in Occupational Therapy highly regarded, though applications from Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Nursing backgrounds are also encouraged
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility where applicable)
• Experience within mental health settings (community, inpatient, or CAMHS highly regarded)
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
Requirements
• Current National Police Check (mandatory)
• Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• NDIS Worker Screening (desirable)
