About the Role
Step into a dynamic, customer focused role at the heart of a manufacturing and supply chain environment. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be an important link between customers, production, suppliers, sales and logistics, helping to coordinate orders from receipt through to delivery and invoicing.
Role
- Manage customer purchase orders, amendments, credits and sales data, ensuring accurate entry and updates across internal systems and platforms. (Ariba.)
- Monitor customer orders and delivery dates, working closely with Production Planners, suppliers and internal teams to keep customers updated on any changes.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and other service partners to arrange deliveries, pick-ups and replenishment of stock held at external locations.
- Support imported product deliveries, including coordinating the required shipping and delivery documentation with relevant service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, inventory, documentation and communications.
- Reconcile and invoice consignment stock based on customer usage and assist with inventory movements and replenishment.
- Support pricing updates, invoice processing and customer transactions while providing coverage for other national team members during periods of leave.

- Experience in customer service, order coordination, shipping, logistics or freight forwarding would be highly regarded.
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial environments or global supply chains is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with order, inventory, pricing and customer information across multiple systems.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and comfortable learning new business systems.
- A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Well organised, self-motivated and able to manage changing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a team.
