The Opportunity
Join a highly regarded commercial property agency based in Perth’s inner suburbs, supporting the Directors across a busy Sales & Leasing operation.
Unlike a traditional administration role, you’ll be close to the action, gaining hands-on exposure to transactions, clients and the day-to-day operations of a successful commercial agency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting commercial sales and leasing transactions
- Coordinating property listings, marketing and documentation
- Managing CRM and database information
- Coordinating inspections and enquiries
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers and stakeholders
- Assisting with contracts and transaction administration
- Providing high-level support to the senior team
About You
Ideally, you’ll have previous commercial property administration experience, particularly within Sales & Leasing. You’ll be organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
