Charterhouse Partnership has been instructed by a well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer to join its team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to develop their career within an established practice handling a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters in a busy & reputable team.
  
The Role

• Manage a range of plaintiff personal injury matters to include WorkCover, TAC etc.
• Assist with claims involving workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents and public liability.
• Draft legal documents, liaise with clients and negotiate settlements.
• Work alongside experienced practitioners on complex matters.

About You

• Minimum 1 year PQE, ideally in personal injury or litigation.
• Strong communication, drafting and organisational skills.
• A client-focused approach and a genuine interest in personal injury law.
