Green Light Worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for a Technical Business Analyst join their team on a 3-month assignment with possible extensions
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document technical, security, operational and non-functional requirements for infrastructure initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with architects, engineers, cyber security teams, operations, project teams and vendors.
- Translate business and technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and delivery artefacts.
- Support the delivery of infrastructure projects across cloud, networking, security, identity management, monitoring and data protection domains.
- Manage and maintain delivery backlogs, requirements traceability, risks, dependencies and technical documentation.
- Coordinate implementation readiness, testing, production changes, service transition and operational handover activities.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions incorporate security, monitoring, alerting, backup, recovery and support requirements from design through implementation.
- Support key strategic initiatives including CyberArk Certificate Management, F5 security platform upgrades, enterprise backup and recovery, and observability platforms.
- Work within Agile delivery frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups and continuous improvement activities.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication of project progress, risks, issues and implementation outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Infrastructure Analyst or Technical Delivery Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, networking, identity management or data protection initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in requirements gathering, business and technical analysis, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, traceability matrices, test documentation and operational handover artefacts.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), change management, incident management and service transition processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to engage effectively with architecture, engineering, cyber security, operations and third-party vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, decision tracking and stakeholder communications.
- Exposure to technologies such as CyberArk, F5, Azure, Entra ID, Splunk, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, enterprise backup and recovery solutions is highly desirable.
- Relevant ITIL, Agile, Cloud, Infrastructure or Cyber Security certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to support after-hours production implementations and critical infrastructure change activities when required.
