Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the lift and vertical transportation industry, delivering installation projects across commercial and residential developments throughout Western Australia.
Due to ongoing project requirements, they are seeking a qualified A-Grade Electrician to join their installation team.
This position offers the opportunity to work on specialised lift installation and commissioning projects while developing a long-term career within a niche and highly skilled industry.
What you'll be doing:
- Install, wire and commission lift and elevator systems
- Carry out electrical fit-out work in accordance with project specifications
- Assist with testing, commissioning and handover of completed installations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Work closely with mechanical fitters and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues
- Complete site documentation and reporting as required
- Maintain compliance with AS1735, AS3000 and relevant safety regulations
- Uphold high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism on site
What you'll need:
- Experience in commercial or industrial electrical installation
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- WA A-Grade electrical licence & White card
- Lift industry experience highly regarded but not essential
