Our client is a much-loved women’s lingerie and sleepwear brand seeking an experienced Full-Time Store Manager to lead their Cockburn Gateway store and team.

• Tuesday–Saturday roster

What you'll be responsible for

• Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
• Coach team members through regular feedback, training and development
• Build a positive, inclusive and customer-first store culture
• Oversee daily operations, stock management and store presentation
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards with a commercial focus
• Lead by example, creating an environment where both customers and team members feel valued

What we're looking for

• An experienced Store Manager with a proven track record in retail leadership
• A hands-on, approachable leader who knows how to bring out the best in their team
• Strong commercial acumen and experience driving sales and KPIs
• A natural coach who enjoys developing talent and building team capability
• Confidence managing store operations, stock control and visual merchandising
• A genuine passion for customer service and personalised selling
• Someone who balances people leadership with strong commercial results

Experience in lingerie, fashion, apparel or another service-led retail environment would be advantageous. Above all, we're looking for someone who understands the importance of helping customers feel comfortable, confident and supported.
