Project Manager | D&C Commercial Construction

Job description

• Lead D&C projects from early design through to delivery
• Build genuine relationships with long-standing repeat clients
• More ownership, autonomy and influence across the entire project lifecycle

Want to be more involved than simply delivering the project you have been handed?

This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys the D&C environment and wants greater involvement with the client, the design and the decisions that shape a project.

Our client is an established South Australian commercial builder with a strong pipeline of work and, importantly, a high level of repeat business from long-standing clients.

Their Project Managers are involved early.

You will work closely with clients through the D&C process, contribute during pre-construction and design, and then take ownership of the project through delivery.

It's a role for someone who enjoys the relationship side of construction just as much as delivering the job.

You may currently be working within a larger builder where your role has become heavily delivery-focused, or you may simply be looking for an environment where you can have greater influence over the entire project lifecycle.

You will be supported by experienced leadership and a strong delivery team, while still having the autonomy to genuinely lead your projects.

If you are looking for your next PM role to give you more ownership, stronger client relationships and greater involvement from the front end through to delivery, we would love to speak with you.
