Programmed is currently seeking reliable and physically fit General Hands to join a leading warehouse and distribution company based in Tottenham. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for consistent Monday to Friday work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About your new role
- Picking and packing full-case orders using paper-based pick sheets
- Operating an electric pallet jack to move stock around the warehouse
- Lifting and handling products weighing up to 20kg
- Organising and stacking products onto pallets
- Preparing orders for stores across Australia
- Assisting with general warehouse and manual handling duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
About you
- Previous warehouse or general labouring experience is highly regarded
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack is essential
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
- Able to read and follow paper-based pick sheets accurately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Must be available Monday to Friday for the duration of the assignment
- Full Australian working rights
- Able to complete pre-employment requirements before commencing
- Must be available to attend a mandatory site walkthrough on Monday 14 September at 12:00 PM
Important Information
The role will commence on Tuesday 15 September 2026, with shifts running Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The work is physically demanding and involves regular lifting of products up to 20kg. Candidates must be comfortable maintaining a consistent pace throughout the shift.
Steel-cap safety boots and a yellow high-vis vest are required.
