About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a driven and talented 1 to 3 yearpae to join our client's premier banking & finance team in Sydney. Our client is a major corporate law firm, in the top 20.
Working directly with the partner you will gain unparalleled mentorship and exposure to high-caliber, complex matters institutional and corporate clients.
This role is ideal for an ambitious lawyer looking to fast-track their development within a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Transactions: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex loan and security documents, commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and advisory matters.
- Client Advisory: Provide clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice to a broad range of blue chip clients and stakeholders.
About You
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of post-admission experience within a reputable finance or corporate or commercial law practice.
- Skills: Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a sharp commercial acumen.
- Attributes: A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
