High Pressure Blasters - FIFO Olympic Dam

Allstaff Resources are currently seeking skilled and experienced High-Pressure Blasters to join our client's dynamic team for an upcoming shutdown in Olympic Dam.
During this period, you will be working on preparations of mining equipment to assist in the repairs and scheduled maintenance. Expected Shut down execution dates 13/09/2026-17/09/2026 with mobilisation commencing 2-3 days prior to commencement to complete required training/learning for site compliance.

- Competitive pay rate from $57.50/hr for Dayshift
- Superannuation paid on all hours worked
- 12-hour shifts
- Camp accommodation /Meals provided
- FIFO/DIDO/BIBO options available (flights ex: Adelaide only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for required shutdown works
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Proven experience as a high-pressure (GUN) Blaster
- Ticket obtained/refreshed within 2 years (site compliance)
- Available for the entire duration of the shutdown
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Supply a current Pre-Employment Medical (within 12 months) or willing to obtain one
- BHP site Inducted (desirable)
- Working at Heights ticket (desirable)
- Confined Space Ticket (essential - obtained within 2 years or willing to obtain)
Pre-screening requirements will include working rights checks, drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medicals.
