Protech SA is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Plant Operators, Servicepersons, and Civil Labourers for multiple ongoing roles across major renewable energy projects throughout South Australia’s Mid North and Eastern Adelaide Hills regions.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment on large-scale wind, solar, battery storage (BESS), and civil infrastructure projects, with project durations ranging from 8 to 12 months.
We offer competitive pay rates, regular overtime, penalty rates, and opportunities to work with some of Australia’s leading renewable energy contractors.
We Are Currently Seeking Experience In One or More of the Following:
- Excavator
- Dozer
- Grader
- Skid Steer
- Roller
- Water Cart
- Moxy Dump Truck
- Serviceperson
- Civil Labourer
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant RII qualifications and operating tickets for plant operators
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Demonstrated experience on civil construction, earthworks, renewable energy, mining, quarry, or major infrastructure projects
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

- Wind Farm Construction Experience
- Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Projects Experience
- Bulk Earthworks
- GPS Machine Operation
- Final Trim Experience
- Major Civil projects experience
