- Previous experience in landscaping, civil construction, labouring, or a similar hands-on role
- Current White Card
- Additional tickets or licences such as Forklift (LF), EWP, Working at Heights, or other relevant certifications highly regarded
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is advantageous but not essential
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport and flexibility to work across South Brisbane locations
