This is a longterm engagement (minimum three years) suited to a senior professional with deep subsea and offshore contracting experience.You will oversee the full contract lifecycle for complex, highvalue scopes of work, ensuring commercial integrity, compliance, and delivery performance across a multiyear operations environment.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation, development, and administration of major contracts supporting offshore drilling and decommissioning programs.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to project teams, senior stakeholders, and client representatives.
- Manage contract performance, variations, claims, and contractor relationships to support safe, timely, and costeffective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
- Drive continuous improvement across contracting and procurement processes.
- Represent the commercial function across internal and external meetings, steering committees, and operational reviews.

- Proven experience as a Contract Manager within oil & gas, specifically across subsea, offshore drilling, or decommissioning environments.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial frameworks, and offshore contracting models.
- Demonstrated capability managing complex, multiyear contracts with major service providers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to highperforming project teams.
- Perthbased, with the flexibility to work from both Perth CBD offices and home.
